Data we process

Name and surname, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, order details and payment method. We do not receive card data – card payments are processed by Bankart.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Processing and delivering orders (performance of contract).
  • Accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
  • E-mail news only if you tick the consent box at checkout (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
  • Website analytics and measuring advertising (consent via the cookie banner).

Recipients

Hosting provider in the EU, courier services (delivery), payment providers (Bankart for cards), e-mail provider for news (only with consent) and accounting service. Data are not sold.

Retention

Order and invoice data are kept for the period required by tax law; data processed on the basis of consent are kept until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@alpinal.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana).
