Returns and withdrawal
Withdrawal within 14 days
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products without giving a reason.
- Send a withdrawal notice to info@alpinal.eu with your order number, name and the products you are returning.
- Return the products no later than 14 days after the notice to: AgroSloven z.o.o., Trstenik 1C, 4204 Golnik, Slovenia. You bear the cost of the return.
- We refund the purchase price, including the original standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving the notice, using the same payment method you used (card payments are refunded to the same card). We may withhold the refund until we receive the products. For cash on delivery and bank transfer we need your bank account number.
The products are supplied in sealed packaging that is not suitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons; withdrawal therefore applies to unopened products with an intact seal.
60-day satisfaction guarantee
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 60 days of receipt, also from packages. The procedure is the same as above.
Defects and complaints
Report a defect or a damaged parcel to info@alpinal.eu with a photo and the order number. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price; in this case we cover the return costs.
