Terms and conditions

1. General

These terms apply to purchases in the online shop alpinal.eu, which sells products of the Alpinal brand. Seller: AgroSloven z.o.o., Trstenik 1C, 4204 Golnik, Slovenia, registration no. 7293135000, VAT ID SI73331333, e-mail info@alpinal.eu, phone +386 40 129 672. By placing an order the buyer confirms that they have read and accept these terms and that they are at least 18 years old.

2. Products and prices

We sell 5 % CBD drops (15 ml, 750 mg CBD) and 30 % CBD resin (5 ml, 1500 mg CBD), both with THC below 0.2 %. All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price valid at the time of the order applies. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before the order is placed.

3. Ordering and conclusion of contract

The buyer places an order at checkout by entering delivery details, choosing the delivery and payment method and confirming the order. The buyer receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order. The sales contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order; the order is stored with the seller and is available to the buyer on request. The contract is concluded in the language of the checkout.

4. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

  • Payment cards Visa, Mastercard and Maestro – secure payment via Bankart (NLB). We do not store card details.
  • Cash on delivery – you pay the courier on delivery.
  • Bank transfer (Croatia).
  • DePay – USDT/USDC (Croatia).
  • For Bulgaria payment is cash on delivery.

Card payments are processed by Bankart d.o.o. through a secure connection (3-D Secure); the seller does not receive or store card data.

5. Delivery

  • Croatia: home delivery €4.88, GLS parcel locker €4.00, free over €50. 2–4 working days.
  • Bulgaria: €8.20, free over €100. 2–4 working days.
  • All other EU countries: €8.20, free over €100.

The delivery time starts when the order is confirmed. The buyer is informed by e-mail when the parcel is sent.

6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The procedure is described on the page Returns and withdrawal.

7. 60-day satisfaction guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, unopened, sealed products can be returned within 60 days of receipt, also when bought in a package.

8. Defects and complaints

The seller is liable for material defects in accordance with consumer protection law. Report a defect or damaged parcel to info@alpinal.eu with the order number and a photo. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price and cover the return costs.

9. Personal data

Personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR, as described in the Privacy and cookie policy.

10. Disputes and applicable law

The seller handles complaints by e-mail and replies within 8 working days. Slovenian law applies; this does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer’s country of residence.

11. Changes

The seller may change these terms. The terms published at the time of the order apply to that order.
